About the EVMTFC
The East Valley Model
T Ford Club of Mesa, Arizona was chartered in 2003 as a Chapter
of the Model T Ford Club of America (MTFCA).
The purpose of the club
is to serve as a medium of ideas, information, and parts for
admirers of the Model T Ford car and to aid efforts to restore
and preserve the Model T.
The purpose of the club
is also to form a central organization for all owners of Model
T Fords who are interested in restoring and maintaining the automobile.
It shall further be the purpose of the club to help these owners
become better acquainted and encourage the spirit of good fellowship
and gain respect within the community.
The club is non-commercial,
non sectarian and non partisan.
The requirement for membership
shall be an interest in the objectives of the club and preservation
of the Model T Ford car. A member must be of good character and
display sincerity of purpose.
The club meets the third
Thursday of each month for a General Meeting at Berge Ford, 460
E. Auto Center Drive, Mesa, AZ starting at 6:30 PM. General Meetings
are not held during the months of June, July and August. In the
summer months members stay in touch through breakfast meetings.
Although the General Meetings are held in Mesa, we have members
who attend from all parts of the Valley of the Sun.
Many EVMTFC members are
winter visitors from other states who bring their cars with them.
The club membership which continues to grow includes over 35
families.
If you are a member of another club and will be in the area,
check with us to see if we will be hosting an activity of interest.
We welcome your participation.
